a bunch of mama's boys that can barely hang. these guys neither throw lit parties nor will they make your party lit. if you want a lecture about sucking off d'amore and mckim this is the place for you

Amazing guys, parties are always extremely fun. All of my friends love the delt guys. Never feel uncomfortable with them.

These kids are nice but come on... besides the very low percentage of cool guys, the rest are the guys that girls go to to complain about their boy problems in guys in Pike, Sigep or KS

these guys are really well rounded. social scene isn't on the same tier as pike, kappa sig, and sig ep anymore because they hold less open things. the guys are super involved on campus, are a lot of fun to be around, and are friendly with most people

Soft on the party side but usually have a couple good ones over the semester. Very involved on campus. Were on track to be top top tier but have fallen off a bit recently. Right now they’re probably above sigep but below pike and kappa sig

Gained some traction in the middle there but people have started to realize how soft they are. At one point considered top with kappa sig but have fallen considerably in the past year. Are now below ksig pike and maybe even sigep in terms of popularity

Quickly falling off the map, and it seems their glory days are coming to an end. The comments are relatively true - their parties just aren’t as fun anymore, and their recent pledge classes just haven’t been as solid. Focus a lot on awards in order to market themselves as the “top” fraternity, but they’re not as fun as they used to be. The golden age is over, and while middle tier might be a hot take, it’s not far from accurate. Won’t be surprised to see them fall to lower middle tier by next fall.
