Cant wait for these guys' fall rush parties, theirs are always the best! The other reviews are right, they arent really as involved on campus like sig ep or some others but they are an awesome group of guys that really know how to have a good time! Also everyone else is right, definitely the hottest fraternity on campus (;

Definitely a solid fraternity, great guys, but dont let the comments about the parties fool you though. ZBT is a small frat with a lot of kids whose first choice wasnt ZBT. If kappa sig or adp or someone is throwing down ZBT will be empty

The Greek community has lost a huge amount of respect for Kappa Delta. They go far out of their way to get other chapters in trouble, even if their accusations are false, and are brining the whole fraternity/sorority community down. They are doing more harm than good
