Yes they're considered top tier, but I think that's based on their tendency to party. It also seems that a lot of the girls are at each others throats. That being said, if you are looking for the stereotypical pretty party girl sorority then this is your best bet. If you are looking for a genuine sisterhood then look else where.

A sorority full of very quirky girls. Not the most typical crowd of girls, but they are all very nice. All the one's I've met are super sarcastic but a fun time.

These girls are so genuine! They are one of the newer sororities on campus and its clear that they are still trying to get their footing and start some traditions. But the most recent pledge class is full of amazing girls that really seem to care about one another.

These girls keep a lower profile than other chapters on campus but you will never find a party without a DPhiE girl or another chapters event without many sisters representing! They are definitely work hard play hard and are very active on campus.
