One of their newly crossed brothers talked to me at the last activities fair, convinced me to join and then I saw him grab some girls number right after. I dont know if all brothers are like this but I am defintly interested bc of that one guy

I would say this frat is a fairly mixed bag; there's definitely one group of fun guys that host the parties and like to have fun and another that maintains the good reputation for the fraternity (don't go out too much, keep up their grades, care a lot about the brotherhood). I think that this mix makes them come off as genuine, fun guys. In general, I think the top frats are sig ep, kappa sig, and pike.

All of the girls I've met/seen/heard of in this sorority are REALLY pretty and tend to have a pretty good social life/know a lot of people. A lot of girls I've talked to about rushing say that this one and SDT are pretty highly ranked for greek life. The reputations that I get are that DZ is a little preppier with gorgeous girls that low-key party (not that obvious) and SDT girls are slightly sleazier, but definitely hot, and make it more obvious that they party and are here for a good time.
