Sigma has improved massively but they still have a long time to go before their stereotype changes if it ever does this last pledge class and making quota definitely helped them

If you just ranked based upon this year's pledge class... chi o would hands down be bottom tier. Everything about them is average and boring. Even DG did better considering that have more than 20 pledges. This is what happens when you try so hard to get gphi's prospective hot/party girls and fail. You're left with no one! I wonder if the few girls that were on the fence and went chi o regret it big time.
