1. Kappa sig (better pc than aepi. Aepi's class was not particularly strong) / aepi/ sig chi
2. Sig nu/ phi delt
3. Zbt/ ato
4. Fiji
5. Dtd/ Ka (best house next to sae)

Kappa Sig (best pc by far)
Sig Chi (raided Phi Delt)
AEPi (odd mix this year)
Phi Delt (could be lower, cool guys left PC for sig chi)
Sig Nu (alright some cool some weird)
ATO (same as sig Nu)

Also, you are stupid. Sig Chi is better than both Sig Nu and Phi Delt. Should be:

Kappa Sig/AEPi
Sig Chi/Phi Delt/Sig NU with sig chi arguably being top
