how bad are the bottom tier frats?

I hear a lot of people roasting the middle/bottom tier frats. What is wrong with DTD, Fiji, Pike etc..

What's wrong with those frats is people like you rely on some website to tell them the hierarchy of Greek life rather than going to those frats to find out for themselves.

the only difference between bottom tier frats and top tier is that top tier parties with the top sororities. Don't use a tier to judge a house. Meet the guys for yourself and decide.
