Kappa is hot and dumb and sound like the smokers on those antismoker commercials, theta is hot but they're living on reputation, tri delt is pretty hot but they're largely comprised of kids that were losers but tried hard and worked their way up (good on them)

kappa=theta>>tridelt>next sorority

Theta is the most like a top-tier SEC sorority. Kappa is more JAP/Northern. Tri-Delt leans more Southern than Kappa but not as much as Theta.

Cali girls aren't really concentrated in a few houses -- they're everywhere.

Theta was the first national sorority at Vandy (1904) and has a long tradition of pledging old-money debutante types from the South and Texas.
