Why is Theta top house? I feel like the Kappas are hotter and the Tri-Delts are nicer/ more well- rounded. Like I actually don't understand.

Because they are probably the most exclusive sorority on campus, and I know many girls who would kill to be in it

haha at your comment about colleen. sad truth but that's the real world people that are rich/attractive and know how to social climb and pretend to be cool will be top tier socially even if they're huge goobers and losers underneath and in the past
