Phi Delt is better than Sig Nu and ZBT is better than FIJI for sure and possibly ATO. DTD is better than Phi Psi as well.

Phi Delt is for sure below the other three you mentioned... maybe not by a ton, but there is a definite distinction.

Sig chi is better than phi delt and zbt is definitely not better than sig nu, or ATO for that matter.

I think this is pretty good, but I think with Pike (presumably) getting Beta's house, they will jump DTD (and might have already been there to begin with, tbh.)

freshman always like SAE more at first bc SAE rushes so much harder and so all of the freshman guys like it a lot at first... then, just like every year, beta will steal half of SAE's locks right before the end of the semester and half of the frosh girls will decide they like Beta more
