It's a little ridiculous to say that, considering anyone joining a new frat on campus either couldn't get a bid elsewhere or just didn't want to pledge

Sig nu is definitely below phi delt/kappa sig/sig chi.
And Chi O is below Pi Phi/KD but they're definitely still above Zeta

Chi O is known to be very exclusive, southern, Christian, excellent grades but not very social or the best looking. Zeta is known to be more diverse, West Coast, social, and some frats would say hotter, but not as exclusive or with the best grades. Whichever one is "better" is completely subjective. Stop being petty. It's just preference.

I have a good friend who got a bid at other frats but decided to do KA first semester because he has the ability to start a fraternity with his own values. KA also has a house and apparently all those kids are tight so theyll be in a better position than Pike who dont know each other and dont havr a house. I'd say its a stretch to say a frat with 25~ brothers is ahead of Phi Psi, but Phi Psi is about to lose their charter so.

I made this based on the attractiveness of girls at each fraternities events and the attractiveness of the girls houses, nothing deeper

phi delt should be same level as ksig and sig chi and tri delt should same level as kappa and theta
