SAE/Beta- Interchangeable
AEPi------------Sig Chi- Can arguably put Sig Chi with KSig and Phi Delt. AEPi is above them thanks to their Kappa/Theta relationship
Kappa Sig/Phi Delt- Solid Middle
ATO/Sig Nu- On their way up (kinda although it seems sig nu is kinda declining)
ZBT/FIJI/DTD/Phi Psi/PIKE/KA- All relatively new

Something thing to note that I've noticed is that in terms of ranking fraternities (like you see in this one) and sororities, it's very bottom tier heavy. Unlike at state schools, Vanderbilt is much smaller and doesn't get as many top tier material rushes. This is also contributed by the fact that Vanderbilt is a top end school, and it's tough to find people that want to do well in school and parties hard.
That being said, Vandy kids tend to party more than their top-20 counterparts, so the top-bottom contrast is much greater

Sig Chi's below aepi and kappa sig who are pretty equal. Ato rising and sig nu declining? Where are you getting this assumption cuz that's just wrong

There's a general consensus that it may actually be better to be a gdi than be one of the bottom houses. That's partly due to the fact that girls here (at least the middle/upper mid soroities like tri-delt and pi phi) don't disregard gdis completely. Even some thetas and kappas mix with non-greeks
Honestly it's for you to decide like the guy above said. Compare your non greek and greek friends. If they're similar decide do you want to pledge/pay dues or not
If you're an UC thinking about fall rush, almost all fraternities take sophomores in the spring as well. it might be worth it to wait and meet new people.

Like SAE/Sig X only take spring classes but fraternities like phi delt have taken sophomores in their spring class

YES. KA will be new and all new frats start at the bottom until they prove themselves. DO NOT go by past reputations. Completely a new different group.
