How do you keep your grades up during the pledging process?

Honestly pledging is a time where a lot of people get their best grades. You are going to be busy pledging all the time so when you get time off you really are forced to work hard. My best semester grade wise was during pledging

Vanderbilt allows "new members" to be at the fraternity house from 11am to midnight. I can't speak for all of them, but my fraternity followed this pretty closely. You also get 3 hours of study hours everyday to get your work done and you will have some downtime during the day to work on your schoolwork. No fraternity wants you to fail your classes.
