I'm not sure but they had a really great house when I went through fall rounds. Very clean, nice, and the kitchen was amazing. They actually took us around the house to show us which none of the other houses did. Did they really take an old fraternity house?

pike is losing their house due to financial problems. that is the house dg may be taking.

Sooo....DG is FIRE everywhere but Vandy. All they need is ONE good pledge class and PIKES house and they are SET. Larger nationally than DDD, KKG, ACO,PBP, ANDDD KD. Damn

They got hotter girls! And they are pretty fun, some go out, some don't. If they get that house though....all the other sororities better watch out! Cuz everyone knows PIKES HOUSE is the best house on campus! It will be a mad dash to join DG esp since they're so high NATIONALLY

Love them to death, but you can't logically call a sorority that consists of every other sorority's cut list "midtier"
