Chi O is known to be the very southern, Christian, preppy girls who weren't hot enough for higher tiered houses, whereas Zeta is the hot, west coast/northern girls who weren't sororityty or preppy enough for higher tiered houses. It's just about preference.

I would put tri delt as lower top and move chi o into solid middle, I think it's pretty solidly understood that pi phi/chi o/kd are basically tied, with zeta following just a little behind. I would also move axo up next to zeta

from someone who recently rushed, the consensus was that zeta was more desirable than axo. not sure if it's just my friends but thats what i generally saw.
