I personally think the whole delayed rush thing is a bad idea. Of course there's going to be dirty rushing!!!!!! Then there's the girls that get targets on their backs because they caught the eye of someone's boyfriend and need to be "punished"...... I wish everyone who has been the victim of dirty rushing would report it so we could get things changed.....
