why is phipsi so low?

I'm a transfer from a school where PhiPsi is the top house. What makes PhiPsi so low here at Vandy?

Think about the bottom tier at your school and the reasons they are bottom tier and it's probably pretty close to why phi psi is bottom tier here. There is almost no correlation from a fraternity at one school to the same fraternity at a different school.

Phi Psi used to be top tier here, but they were kicked off for a few years for bad behavior. It'll be a while before they get close to where they were before - a few current mid- to top-tiers will have to get suspended. Which will invariably happen sooner or later.
