rushing as a transfer

I plan on transferring to Vandy this coming fall as a sophomore. Are most of the fraternities pretty set on a freshman-only pledge class?

Not at all. Every fraternity other than SAE and Sig Chi takes a fall class, which are usually made up completely of sophomores.

For SAE and Sig Chi, do the sophomores pledge with the freshmen then?

Also, who are the ones that gives the bids to the sophomores? The other sophomores (ie most recent pledge class)?

SAE has 3 sophomores, Sig Chi has 1. They take them
