considering a lot of them dropped because adpi and above cut them, it doesnt make sense to rank zta ahead of adpi. plus adpi has a lot more quality girls and they win a lot of greek awards. that makes a difference in the greek community.

i don't agree that zeta has to start at the bottom. they got some great quality girls which, i think, counts for 'already having done something'.

KD is not top tier. They weren't last year, but they are FAR from it after this year's pledge class.

i agree with the post below. then the order of each tier just depends on personal preference. kinda a a big gap between the top five and KD though

while i am not on panhel, i have seen the numbers with my own eyes and want to set the record straight. for years, girls in other sororities have ragged on axo and kd for having the worst retention rates. this is not true. in the past couple of years, ADPi and THETA (yes it is true) have had a lot of girls drop. theta was supposed to take girls fall of 2010 but their chapter advisor made the world's biggest stink about how it would ruin their reputation that panhel gave in. basically, any arguments about retention rates being made by girls jealous of either axo or kd and basing their facts off of numbers from a looong time ago.
