lower tier fraternities?

What's the deal with lower tiers? DTD? ZBT? ATO? What's wrong with them?

They're low tier because they got kicked off and can't recover. Pike and KA used to be at the top for Vanderbilt (now it's beta and sae), and they will be the new bottom when they recolonize. Fraternities are cyclical, and this is a great example of that statement.
