housing next year

1. KA gets the Fiji house next year when they recolonize (when are they going to give out bids for the new members?)
2. If someone gets thrown out, Fiji is first in line and Pike is second

Is this correct?

That sounds about right, bit I can't be 100% sure. Also, don't forget that Phi Kappa Sigma (Skulls) will be returning to Vandy within the next 2 years.

That is correct. It's called the first right of offering when a house becomes available. FIJI will be on top of the list when KA moves back into their house. Pike will be second and Skulls (when they return in 2017) will be third.

I am sure more information on this will be announced later this semester. Just a reminder that FIJI does have a very large Alumni network at Vandy that will work to get FIJI chapter a house ASAP.
