How is AXO still on campus?

How has AXO not gotten kicked off? They have ~40 girls in the whole chapter and only had about 7 join in January. No one takes their COBs so how are they not done yet. They should open a new chapter that people would actually join

Vanderbilt ( and other selective private universities) are just brutal on the bottom tier house. After AOPI left it was a matter of time before AXO spiraled down. It isn't fair , it's just a fact. Look at SMU , Gamma Phi Beta just closed. Different University same disease .
