What makes top “top”?

So obviously, the site is all about ranking frats and sororities. But what makes one the top over another? Specifically in regards to sororities, is it in terms of just who gets the hottest girls? which has the best sisterhood? Best house? Best traditions? Don’t tell me it’s about who is the nicest because I think we can all agree that that’s pretty irrelevant. So What does determine which is at the top?
