Advice for pnms?
by: HolaAny advice for freshmen girls planning on rushing? Are there any unspoken rules we have to know? How not to get blacklisted?
#1 by: the truth
1) don’t get a slvtty repuatation
2) don’t hook up with any guys that were ever dating/hooking up with a girl in a sorority that you want
3) don’t bring up the ranks of the houses (pretend that you’re oblivious to it)
4) you NEED to dirty rush if you want to go to a top house
5) avoid talking about drinking/partying, boys, and politics
6) be social. don’t take the hardest classes your first semester that way you’ll have time to meet people

not unless you're being taken there with upperclassmen sorority girls for some dirty rush event

May not be as important at VU versus State schools with first semester recruitment but get recommendation forms in for the sororities on your campus early this fall if possible. Sorority Alumni from your hometown should be able to help you. It helps the chapters know more about you and your interests before recruitment starts.
