These are the top two houses, regardless of what people will say. Greatest turnout at events and mix with the best sororities.
SNU
KA
A close second tier, still will get pretty big turnout at events and occasionally mix with houses like Kappa/Theta but not at the same frequency as the tier above. Strong turnout from KD, Pi Phi, and Tridelt.
ZBT/ATO - Pretty different, but will draw similar crowds. ZBT seems to be split in terms of quality of brothers. Some are really cool and some are for sure a bit weirder. ATO is desperate to bolster their image as "frat kids" at every turn which really makes for some cringe moments. (example: this post getting downvoted instantly by 10 ATO guys). Some cool guys in ATO though.
Pike
AEPi
AEPi is for sure improving given how new they are. However, both these fraternities have really weak events and little relations outside of bottom-tier sororities
Then the rest

you guys are comparable frats. girls only show up to snu/ka stuff when nothing else is going on or if they don’t want to run into an ex at a better house/are in a fight with their sisters going to better houses
