A ton of underclassmen girls don't seem to understand why the seniors only want to go to DKE events and I think I finally figured out why. You see, when we were freshmen, the top two houses were AEPi and SAE (before they formed DKE). KSig and SigChi were a solid step down from those two so they are all full of the senior guys that couldn't get into the top houses. The senior class of KSig and SigChi is full of the same types of guys that would go for frats like SNu/KA/ZBT if they were freshmen this year.
The reason y'all don't want to hang out with SNu/KA/ZBT is the same reason we don't want to hang out with KSig and SigChi- the senior classes of those fraternities are full of mid tier boys.

this obviously wasn’t written by anyone in theta and this is just a super weird post in general. There are no freshman on this site so I’m not sure who you are trying to sway by making a weird post and there are absolutely 0 seniors who go on here so no one in the class of 2022 would write this
