the KA lawsuit???

overheard a couple of freshmen guys who i knew were rushing ka say something about a lawsuit. can anyone confirm if this is true and/or what the lawsuit is about? they were saying that they were trying to rush elsewhere because of it but i didn’t hear anything about what the lawsuit was about

Yeah but nothing to do with pledging/Vandy/actual house-related stuff. Caused a bunch of damages at an off-campus property rented for a party but booked it under a fake name. So more the individuals who booked it getting sued.
