Sig Chi Top House?

I have been rushing Sig Chi a little, and are they top house? Their rush events have been kind of dead and same with their recent parties. Ksig rush events have been so much better it's not even close.

Sig Chi has been getting a weird amount of clout recently (rampant self ranking and wasting money on DJs) but in reality are a very mid fraternity
