Which sororities are planning on doing COB this fall

I think every sorority is eligible for COB in the fall due to large membership loss this year. The sororities that didn’t have loss in membership are always qualified for COB because they typically do not have every girl accept their bids so they are at a membership deficit as well.

so if I’m transferring to vandy next year this means I could rush theta and kappa in the fall? or would I still have to wait till spring
