ya sig chi only got lucky because three top tier frats got kicked off in the last 3 years (aepi, sae, and then dke) lmao. sad state of greek life at vandy. if ksig goes, greeklife is officially done. there will no longer be a top tier just mid tiers.

Nah. Pike is definitely a lot further developed than those two, but not at the level of zbt and ato. They are perfect where they are.
