real fraternity rankings

Without being overly specific here are the relevant fraternities and their rankings:
Top Tier: SAE, Beta, DKE (Depending on how this years pledge class goes either beta or dke will fall)
Middle Tier: Sig Chi, Aepi, Kappa Sig
Lower Bottom: Phi Delt, Sig Nu
Bottom: FIJI, Phi Psi, DTD,

I would say that these rankings are pretty much accurate, howeever, this will all change again depending on each fraternities PC and if any of them get suspended/ shut down. So far Vandy's IFC has been experiencing several fraternity closures witin the past 4 years. NOT GOOD.

Those rankings reflect 2013. This is a brand new year and the rankings will change by May and again by Nov. Dec. It all depends on how well each fraternity (s) do with their PC, parties, Greek Week, etc. And yes, the IFC has had problems with several fraternities getting suspended and/or shut down, but we did have 2 that returned to campus, a new fraternity that stated in the Spring of 2013, 1 fraternity starting to re-colonize this Spring 2014,& 3 more returning to campus within the next 2-3 years. So these rankings will forever change.
