What did Panhellenic set as sorority quota this year?? I have never seen such small sorority PCs at Vandy!! What happened???!!

the quota is just divide the number of girls rushing by 10 bc that’s how many houses are at vandy. The PCs are so small because so many girls dropped during rush to do COB. There are about 100 girls doing COB this year which is the most ever by far

So, if a house dropped you during regular rush, why would they give you a bid during COB? Sincerely wondering.
