why is zbt so highly rated

nah dude i remember after fall 2019 rush, everyone on greekrank was raving on about how great zbt's pledge class was and some were ranking them upper mid tier and just below top tier, i was hella confused. never would i have expected bottom tier zbt to be ranked so high by ppl on this site but thats all i saw spring 2020.
