Bring phi sigma and dphie to campus

Both are non-secretarian orgs that were founded because the women were shut out from other orgs.
Both are welcoming of lgbq+ and bipoc women.

This will sound harsh, but neither group is large enough nationally to have the strength to pursue and support a chapter here. Neither group has had much success in the past decade keeping their new chapters ON MUCH SMALLER, LESS PRESTIGIOUS CAMPUSES open and thriving. It is even possible neither group has the desire to attempt a chapter here.

The continuance of the greek system on some U.S. campuses is currently in question. Here at Vandy this turmoil is real and ongoing. It would not be prudent to introduce any new national greek group onto campus until circumstances calm and a pressing need for additional groups is established.
