KA,ZBT,Pike,PhiKap
Dodged a bullet: Kappa Sig
Luckily the semester is over before another one can bite the dust.

Highest: DKE SAE
Top: AEPi (They get ladies and have SOME sick parties) Sig Chi (Derby Days was huge with the sororities) Kappa Sig
Middle: Beta (Once top tier but a stained reputation and declining popularity) Sig Nu (Somewhat on the rise in popularity with sororities but will NEVER be highest tier) Phi Delt (Great brotherhood, very classy and well respected)
Bottom: Lambda X (Great brotherhood but not very popular) Fiji ATO Phi Psi

The quality of the fraternities continues to decline. the once mighty top tier continues to picked off one frat at a time. KA and Pike are gone, SAE keeps stepping in it and Beta is, well Beta. And now another fiji-like fake frat is coming next year, Just another nail in the coffin.

when you said another fake frat I think you meant Phi Psi not Fiji. Fiji has some great guys in it
