this may be random but ive always been confused as to how tf sororities pick their pledge class in just one week? frats take multiple weeks to actually get to know pnms on a personal level, how do sororities get to know their pc on a personal level if they only meet them for a week? can anyone in a sorority give their perspective

it has a lot to with connections made from hometowns or made during 1st semester as well as a bit of luck/random chance

It’s about who you know-and people rush people that they know from back home, school etc. Recruitment reinforces racism and inequality-a fact that can’t be ignored anymore
