pi phi - aria
zeta - maya
kd - cece
chi o - spencer
axo - jenna
adpi - mona

I'd argue Hanna is more of a KD and Aria is more of a Kappa.

Kat = spencer + alison
Kappa = hanna + aria
Tri delt = emily
Kd = hanna + mona
Pi phi = aria

theta tri delt and zeta spot on. kappa is more mix of hanna and aria, whereas kd is hanna without the aria-ness. pi phi i don't rlly think has a good representation in pll.
