Question about srat Rush........

How much does attractiveness matter? I feel like I see a good number of "top tier" girls on the instas who aren't, at least conventionally, super attractive. I feel like it seems relatively easy then to get into top sororities??

Honestly i thought looks mattered a whole lot more before being on the other side of rush. I was so surprised when these pretty girls were being cut the first round but they just didnt stand out so they were gone. There was one girl who everyone would always comment how beautiful she was whenever she showed up on our rush slides 1st semester but she got cut second round because she ended up not having good conversations

Guys get so shocked and will say stuff when girls they think are hot get cut but it's like you don't choose your members based off of looks why should we?
