best on campus fraternity houses

Excluding the castle because it will be unoccupied for the next 3 years, what are the best on campus houses.

Obviously the new houses (DKE, K Sig, and Lambda) are nice, but they don’t have a great basement

KA has a solid back yard, and a good basement

Beta has the soundproof basement

PIKE probably has the best because the old phi Delt house is big and has good backyard
