Theta's PC 20 was for sure the best, don't really think that needs explanation. Tri Delta slightly below but still a super strong PC.
I'm sorry but Kappa's PC this year was so strange... half of the PC makes sense and the rest just doesn't.

KD over Zeta but not by much, just very different types of people. KD if you're loud and from the northeast, Zeta if you're fun but not the stereotypical sorority girl. Chi O significantly less than the KD/ZTA and more of the typical bible-belt, sisterhood focused sorority.

based on pc alone this is accurate tri delt and theta did well as usual. Kappa had a wack year and pi phi had an exceptionally good year

Agreed Kappas new Pc was wack. I’d say KD and chi o had better recruitment years than normal & pi phi was a very mixed bag. Zeta I thought had a weird group but don’t know them all too well.

Before people sound off:
1. “Theta isn’t top”- yeah they are I’m sorry you just gotta swallow that pill
2. “Pi phi is not top tier, especially not inline w kappa and Tri Delt”- frankly after this past year pi phi is arguably closer to top tier than they are to mid tier, and kappa and Tri Delt had kinda whack pc’s (otherwise pi phi would’ve def been a line below those two)
3. “Zeta isn’t below kd/chio”- yeah they are, sorry. Some super chill girls but still overall a mixed and kinda weird bag. Kd is above them purely due to the amount of clout chasers in the house and girls in chio almost always pref chio whereas zeta is rarely a first choice

Hard Pills to Swallow: most girls rush with the mentality that they want Theta Kappa or/ if not Tridelt most other sororities make their pledge classes based on girls who fell through the cracks of the top tier

I will say tho that jappy girls who have kd and theta/tridelta at the end choose to go kd

@yep- I don’t disagree that there are plenty pi phi and kd girls who are salty they were cut from kappa/theta but there def quite a lot of girls who are really happy where they ended up, as are most girls in all of the houses at vandy. We have this idea that all the girls in srats here are constantly at war with the other houses but it’s just a couple of girls spread throughout the houses who are shouting louder than the girls who are happy where they are and dgaf about “status” or whatever you want to call it
