why did fiji and chi psi get kicked off

I am rushing lambda rn but wanted those frats more, why did they get kicked off.

Fiji had some hazing allegations and Phi Psi had some hazing allegations then got in trouble having unregistered events while on thin ice with OGL (from hazing). Pretty much anyone who's been kicked off recently has been from hazing in some sort of another.
