Undisputed top 5 in that order

Historically kappa & theta seem to go back and forth between being regarded as top at vandy, with tri delt generally being regarded as top tier also. There’s a top 5 in the sense that typically girls will aim for kd and pi phi as well because theta kappa tri delt can only accept so many girls.

Of course, this is in regards to pnms who actually care about ranking. There are plenty who don’t who will choose between these 5 based on actual compatibility.

But overall girls in the “top 5” are all friends with each other, have overlap during pref, and mix with the same frats/attend the same date parties.

honestly it’s more of a top 2 as Theta and Kappa but there are no bad houses at vandy every girl had to be amazing to get into the school in the first place!!

do people actually think tri delt is a top house?? They are great and have some really nice girls but so does every other house like I would say it’s kappa/theta then all of the other houses like there really isn’t a clear who is better than who because they are all pretty good and have unique things going for them. And even with Kapaa/Theta there will never be like one true house that is the best because it’s just preference and they are all friends and pretty similar. What I’m trying to say is that trying to pick a definitive rank is pointless because it’s really just kappa/theta or theta/kappa then every other house then AOPi at the bottom and every house will have great girls

Top flattened. Not everyone wants Theta or Kappa. Tri Delt and Pi Phi also a top choice among PNMs. They all pull different girls and have different vibes, and yet they are all similar and friends. KD gets similar girls too. Groups of friends end up scattered in all of them. And it is sometimes a random scatter. And sophomore year is even more random. Girls who got a bid from Zeta or an Alpha are now in Theta or Tri Delt, and girls cut from all “top” now in Kappa second time around. So they weren’t top as freshman but were as sophomores? There are cool girls and quiet girls in all.
