Do people even care about the new PCs or do they just continue to perpetuating the order from the past 3-4 years? because this year's rush was all over the place there's no way the rankings were this stable...

This are just similar rankings from past year... they’re gonna get shaken up with these new PCs so there’s no way this is accurate

As a freshman girl, I’m kind of surprised that guys rank fraternities and talk about tiers like they’re in the movie Mean Girls. I try to picture my boyfriend doing that and it’s an impossible thought. He would laugh if I told him guys here obsess over “catty” stuff. I also thought this school had gotten too “smart” for that high school stuff. It’s eye-opening for sure.

If we're just looking at the newest PCs here's what I saw at bid night and talking to guys I knew joining
Top:
SAE - solid class all around
KSig- took a lot of the Theta Chi guys after they disbanded, helped them a lot
Sig Chi- Went up a lot after a few down years
Sig Nu - took a lot of guys from KA
ATO - definitely rising
FIJI- also definitely rising, had a lot of overlap with Pike, ATO, some with TX too
KA - somewhat of an off year for them
Pike - really did well for themselves, especially for still not having a house
ZBT- not bad, but nothing spectacular
DTD - once again not bad, decent
Honestly this year there was a lot more equity between all of the PCs and no one really had a bad class. Almost everyone is trending towards upper mid tier, and every fraternity should keep on what they're doing and focus on not getting kicked off

So going off these (just PC ratings, not overall frat):
SAE, KSig
Sig Chi, Sig Nu, ATO
KA, FIJI, Pike
ZBT, DTD
LXA

I’d even hesitate that there’s a bottom (except maybe LXA) but most frats are leveling out at mid tier. Great work overall to all fraternities this year

These PCs are pretty hard to “rank”, especially considering there is a lot of mix ups from the rankings of the past year or so. I think it’s easy to describe them all like above person did but will take some time to see how we rank them. So it’s too early to rank the new PCs
