by: setting the record straigHey I've been hearing a lot of BS about this so I just wanted to make it clear - Pike is NOT getting a house any time in the near future...I heard their rush chair and brothers lied to the rushes saying that they're getting a house soon so I just wanted to make it crystal clear. I have a bunch of friends in IFC so I know this for a fact.

lol pike's gotten a fair bunch of solid guys for like 4 years now, house or no house. And there are 2 open houses now and multiple others opening up before next year. Focus on your own org instead of trying to falsely "set the record straight". Insecurity isn't flattering.

Phi Psi's house is the new multi-use facility, Phi Delt is due to come back by the time the new NPHC house is built, and KSig is now on top for house priority. Pike will be houseless forever. Still gets okay guys sometimes. That national presence and lies about getting the best house on campus help with recruiting. Forever bottoms
