Just to be clear (and I'm part of IFC exec so I can confirm this is true): Pike is NOT and will NOT be getting a house for the next few years at least. Don't let them spread lies to you that they are. Its utter BS

This is complete garbage and obviously has no connection to anyone on IFC. To first years rushing, just find your brothers you fit in. If we’re gonna talk about houses, then we could also mention that K sig and fiji will both be houseless for a while in the next couple years

Between phi psi getting kicked off and the phi delt house probably opening up, it's not out of the question that they'd be getting a house in the fall
