by: anonIf Theta Chi/the ghost of AEPi actually works out and freshmen join for Spring, which seems very possible, does anyone think that's a significant shift in the Vandy Greek system? Could Vandy ever end up like other schools with a sizable off-campus frat presence? Or is Theta Chi just bs?

Theta Chi is the first of many offcampus frats in the future. Vandy hates frats, kicks one off each year, and everything will be shifting to offcampus. And I’ve heard that theta chi has a dope PC of nearly 20 so looks like they will succeed in initiating this offcampus presence
