is chi o a good chapter here?

I’m a triple legacy for chi o but I’ve heard they really aren’t that great here. I’ll probably rush but I don’t wanna go into something I won’t like.

Who cares? XO is super strong nationally and one day you might have a daughter who would be a quadruple legacy. XO in the south is perceived as super strong so it would be a good lifelong affiliation.
