rushing as a transfer
by: 65I recently got into Vandy as a transfer, I am going to be a sophomore. Can I rush during first semester as a sophomore? Also, will it be very competitive to get a bid, I dont really know a ton of people at Vandy and I am not southern. thanks a ton.
