But like seriously wtf are you talking about? Chi O fills a very specific niche and for that reason is solidly middle tier. That's not changing anytime soon.

Many of the guys in Sig Nu and ATO's newest pcs are cute and well-liked. KA's sophomores are probs a little better, but that's just one class. Sig Chi's juniors/seniors may be better but underclassmen def aren't.

KD and ChiO killed rush, got the best pledges and (if not for the traditional rankings) are seriously the best houses at Vandy

Highly doubt this is based on tailgates and pregames given that ATO has been on suspension all year and literally can’t throw. Sig Chi has had some good tailgates earlier this year, much better than KAs when they aren’t combined with Pi

Rankings are stupid BUT this is not realistic at all. Ksig is much better than KA and sig chi. ATO and sig Nu had better pcs than KA and sig chi. Delt is far and away better than Phi Psi who didn't have a pc. Fiji is definitely not any worse than Pike.
Should be pretty clear: (Order of upper mid very debatable)
Top: SAE, KSig
Upper Mid: ATO, Sig Nu, Sig Chi, KA
Mid: ZBT, Delt
Lower Mid: Fiji, Pike
Bottom: Phi Psi, Phi Kap, LXA
