who owns the 208 house?

in the 50's, vandy got all greek chapters together and made what 'greek row' is today. everyone used to be off campus, but vandy built houses and centralized them. in doing that, they got everyone to sign leases on properties that vanderbilt owns. all fraternities around at that time got "exclusive use contracts" over the facilities that lasted 99 years. phi psi is the only fraternity that 'owns' their property, but with rising taxes and other costs, they will likely explore selling it to the institution pretty soon.
phi kap used to have an exclusive use contract on 208. they got kicked off and set things on fire a long time ago and voided the contract. 208 is now a community house used by pike / byx / phi kap / lambda chi
pi phi's house used to belong to PIKE, and pi phi was in the ZTA house. PIKE basically took on a bunch of debt, couldn't stay solvent, and left the university with the bill. this led to them losing their contract, and some thrifty pi phi alums snagged the house.
beta has an exclusive use contract on 210. they voted themselves off rather than face IFC judicial following some risk violations in 2015 or 2016. they are able to return in Fall 2018. until beta returns, 210 is functioning as a community house.
side note - LXA has exclusive use over the delt house but won't be taking it until 2019/20. DKE has exclusive use over the FIJI house. ZBT used to be SAE, so I'm unclear if they have exclusive use or if SAE is renting it out.
I know less here, but, in the future (as in, before 2020), kappa sig, delt, and zta(could be wrong on ZTA) will be torn down. their properties will be split into multiple houses. the specifics of this are still being negotiated, but the end result will be a new Kappa Sig House, a new Lambda Chi house, a new ZTA house, and new permanent community spaces for greek life / other student org groups. worth noting here that the roads on greek row will be eliminated and replaced by green space. it'll look fundamentally different by 2023.
